2003 Chevy Tahoe Winshield Wipers won't shut off

The Winshield wipers on my 2003 Tahoe won't shut off until I turn the ignition off. I pulled the fuse out to stop it. What could be wrong? How can I fix it?

try disconnecting the turn signal switch then turn key on, if wipers still stay on with switch unplugged then wiper motor module is most likely at fault.
