I recently replaced the Fuel pump and filter in my tahoe. Right before the pump went out I got a check engine light and then a few miles later the car stopped. I could not hear the pump when I turned the key and there was no fuel pressure coming out of the check valve. Now that I have replaced the pump I can get the car to start but my fuel pressure only reaches 25 psi and comes up very very slowly. When iIturn the key to the "prime" position I almost get no fuel pressure response at all but i hear the pump engage. Could my fuel pressure regulator be stuck open? I am also getting a system too Lean code on Bank 2. I suspect it just isn't getting any fuel. It take two turns to start the car. It iidles at 1000 for a few seconds then settles on 600 RPM . It doesnt stumble and accelerates fine. What shodu lteh car idle at?

25psi fuel pressure nothing is gonna happen with the fuel to go inside the cylinders. New pump best check you're leaking fuel pressure could be the injectors/fuel pressure regulator or puump check valve.

Normal pressure should be 55-62 psi other than VIN Z with VIN Z 48-52psi
