Where the tires balanced? Rims torqued properly?

When you left the place when you got them on,
did you hit the freeway? Or ...

Used or new tires? Or did you buy the rims
with tires on it already from someone?

If used with tires on them, could be a bad tire.
Or old owner hit a hole good enough where it
is bent a hair and will always wobble.
If new, then balanced wrong or rims not correct.
