I was wondering if the transfer case has any Magnesium Alloys and what color is the transfer case Fluid? How much should it cost to reseal the transfer case if a leak is present?

Auto Trak II is the fluid and the color is blue.

The seal in question would need to be identified. A leak may not be a seal, rather something that mechanically screw into the case.

No Idea on the metallic content of the case.
