About every other time I go to start my truck it seems that it takes longer to get the engine to fire up. The starter is strong and is turning the engine over well but it's like the engine is not getting gas...but once the car starts it runs strong during acceleration, etc no lurching or anything. I just ran two tanks with fuel injector cleaner thru the engine and that did not help. Do you think it is the fuel filter or pump?

Check the fuel pressure with a pressure gauge. If it doesn't hold pressure, check the pressure regulator for a leaking diaphram. If you remove the vacuum hose from the regulator and it has fuel in it, then replace the regulator.
