2001 Chevy Tahoe 4x4 switch

4x4 was working fine a week ago...tried to switch to 4x4 another day and the switch lights quit working...cannot switch to other modes. Also checked fuse. It is ok.

I am "stuck" in 2HI.

I purchased a new dash switch...no change. I know the dash switch is a common problem among owners. What should I check now?

Are you getting power to the switch? HAve you checked if you are getting power to the actuator on the transfer case?
