Engine Mechanical problem
2000 Chevy Tahoe Two Wheel Drive Automatic 98,000 miles

I have a Tahoe that the transmission went out on, I changed the oil about 3 months prior. The mechanic is basically calling me a liar saying he has never seen oil so dirty. It has been stored at my office (we rent dumpsters) very very dusty. Is there anyway at all the oil could get that bad after 9 months of sitting in a very dusty cold, hot enviroment?
