1999 Chevy Tahoe Locked Panel Door

I ahve a 1999 Tahoe. The back panel doors are locked and the electric door locks will not unlock them. How do I get the back doos unlocked?

You will need to remove the door panel to access the linkage. Either something has broken or come disconnected.
