Like a soft knocking / Pinging (Low on oil) Sound?
Or one knock when started?
Tahoe is notorious of a lot of things.
Every Tahoe iv been in contact,
They all do the same thing. Mine will knock/Ping
low on oil sound when i start it up until it heats up.
Its about normal for the truck.
If its 1 knock/Thud, then might be something else.
