1999 Chevy Tahoe Intake Manifold

1999 Chevy Tahoe V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

There is a oil vacume line(suction) running from the valve cover to the manifold into a part i cannot identify

The part has two vacume lines going to it one small one large
the large line goes back to the valve cover cover


Can anybody tell me what the part is that is on the intake
