The wiring harness connector to my fuel pump on my 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe keeps coming off. Why? Is there an electrical short or is there a wire connection problem?

If there's a problem with it -it'll probably not come On. coming off could be due to the exhaust heat underneath-disconnect it and inspect what's going on. You might need a new connector for the fuel pump splice in-
