1999 Chevy Tahoe V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I had the transmission rebuilt and ever since the cruise control wont work. What could be the problem or where should I look?

May have not hooked up Vehicle Speed Sensor or it was damaged. Does speedo work?

Yes the speed o works just fine.
