Recently I have started having trouble with my tranny. I hear a noise around the bell housing/filter access. It is shifting in and out of gear on it's own and bogging down when the gas is depressed. Already checked all fulids and even changed the fuel filter. The fluid looks good but smells burnt. Occassionally, it will not go into reverse until I shut the car off, restart and try again. Any ideas?
