There are days when the windshield wipers do not work and days when it does. Sometimes you can hear the motor reacting but the wipers are not moving. How can you tell if it is a motor problem or wiring?

Hi:

When the wipers are not working, un plug the wiring at the motor and check for power. If there is power, the motor must be bad.
