the engine idles at 1300 rpms when in park, the wierd thig is that i can put the truck in neutral going 40 mph, and the rpms jump to 2000. They will hang there until I come to a stop. How ever long it takes. Tried a new air idle valve, no luck. Sprayed the intake with starting fluid looking for a vacum leak, no luck either. The throttle plate is completely closed at idle to.
