my chevy 5.7 tbi ran fine before tuneup with alittle stutter so i decided to give it a full tune up i replaced cap, rotor wires and plugs all with factory delco parts.... got the truck back together started it, ran with alittle stumble, drove it down to test it misfiring when you throttle up, then as it got warmer the misfire got worse. parked it and thoguht the firing order was wrong so messed around with that and then i got cranking with no start then backfire..... rearranged firing order once again and now it runs very rough with a very loud air sucking noise and wants to backfire also..... what could it be?

Sounds like an air duct is off or loose. Make sure the air plentum is properly fastened to the intake. Check for broken or disconnected vaccume lines. Find the air leak and you will solve the problem.
