DO THE ROTORS JUST SLIP OFF OR DO I UNSCREW THE SPINDAL WHERE THE BEARINGS ARE OR WHAT?

Remove the hub nut and the rotor will come off. Be sure to inspect the hub bearings and repack them properly. You should REPLACE the hub nut with a new one.
