2003 Chevy Suburban my canr radio dont work

i radio dont work and i cant see my time or nothing when i change the fuse it pops it right away

Is that the 15 amp fuse and the fuse circuit is hot all the time. You need to find the short, that circuit is shorting to ground somewhere. You might unplug the radio and see if the short goes away?
