1999 Chevy Suburban Turn signals

Right turn signal blinks rapidly, the bottom light bulb in the rear right panel is out, but the bulb works when I switch to other spots.

the rapid blinking is most likely a bulb out,

if the bulb is correct, your flasher is probably failing. good luck
