1999 Chevy Suburban HEADLIGHTS AND TAILLIGHTS

I have a 99 chevy suburban and the lights dont work nor the taillight s or brakes. I have replaced all the bulbs checked the fuses and the switch, so what else could it be.

Forget the alignment, wouldn't affect the lights.

Do dash lights work? Any lights? I'd say the multi-function switch, but if you've replaced that and had it checked, well, that idea goes out the window. I'm assuming, otherwise, the vehicle starts/runs normally???

Next thing I'd check would be relays, easy enough thing to check/replace, as they're usually standard relay types, and only a few bucks at advance or wherever, and DIY, takes maybe 20 seconds TOPS per relay (if it's your first time doing it).

After that, go out and check the grounds. Granted, 1999 isn't that old, but I've seen grounds go bad on much newer cars, and that would take out a lot of electronics at once.

Did the vehicle come this way, or did they all suddenly fail while driving around? Check battery connections/loose connectors?

yeah my dash lights works, my hazard lights works, and I have notice that the front turn signals works, but no tail lights, head lights, brake lights, or back turn signals.
vehicle runs great
where would this multifunctional switch be located at and how would I change it.
could it be the brakelight switch or ignition switch

The brake light switch is a switch mounted under the brake pedal. Lots of times, at least, what I see when it fails is the brake lights on when the pedal isn't depressed and off when depressed, although I'm sure it could (potentially) cause part of this. I wouldn't throw parts at it just yet, though.

The ignition switch, also called the ignition cylinder, would not do this at all.

Once again, I have to ask, did this all happen at once, or not? Did you buy it like this? Did they happen slowly over time? This will give me an idea of whether we're likely dealing with related or un-related issues.

no it didnt happen all at once first it was the back turnsignal then the brake lights and then one head light then the other.
we got the turn signal to work again when we notice that their was a lose cable under the rear bumper, then it went out again
just this past month we have had at least 5 blow outs and before the last one we had basically rotated the tires since the front passenger tire is the main one that we have been having issues with, and when we did that the turn signal worked again and now no lights work except for the hazard, front turn signal, all interior lights.
no I didnt get the truck like this it all just happened within the past month

hmm ... is the truck really vibrating/shaking heavily? Are you driving on dirt/gravel roads (I know here in WV, you'll shake stuff loose on the better, flatter roads)? I'm assuming you checked that cable again to see if it was knocked loose once again. Try just pushing on it a little (use minimal, but enough, force) and see if maybe it's just not making contact. Did you use an electronic parts cleaner or dielectric grease with the connector (for dirt) and new light bulbs?
