1999 Chevy Suburban Gas Gauge Issues

99 suburban gas gauge didnt work when i bought it.The fuel pump went out a little over a year ago so i replaced it.Then the gas gauge worked.Well now it doesnt work again!!! any ideas?

GM had a problem with those tanks and it was found that the harness was bad and cause fuel pumps to go out. It can be a bad connection or just a bad sending unit. If you hae power to the sending unit( low voltage blinking light) then the problem is the sending unit itself.
