It does not crank?

Or

It does crank and does not start?

"Crank" meaning the engine is spinning over but not starting.

you said that the fuel pump was checked and you had pressure
well did they check the pressure and what it you have for pressure ??/

it is very possible that the fuel pressure is low

i don't know , but when he unscrewded the cap off the line when after he checked the pressure fuel was still comin out. the only reason why i;m concered , is when I told him about the code that was pulled up P1351 , he said he could get any codes b/c the car want run and without it runnin he can't confirm that code. i told him about me pourin gas in the body and the startin fluid he just laughed and said it the feul pump.

Well with out fuel pressure it will NOT run you need pressure
and

where did you put the starting fluid

did he tell you what was the fuel pressure
and #
as for the codes your ECM save the codes
you can get them whether the its running or not
as long as you get the truck running let him do it
get price $$$$

check fuel pressure

if you have all three then check compression
don’t overlook something u think it was tested do

Compression is done by removing a spark plug and using a compression gauge
crank engine
injector pulse remove injector connector and you can use a light bulb # 194
band the wire end on the bulb to fit in the wiring plug and crank engine watch for it to flash
check fuel pressure too
get a sample of the fuel and test it

good u empty the fuel out

Lets make sure u have a good spark
injectors are under the upper intake manifold
(the plastic plenum .)
lets clear the coil out the way
we had so many problems with them coils and cap + rotor
lets start at the spark and make sure we have a good and strong spark
