I have a transmission that was rebuild 20k miles ago. It will not shift into first or 4th gear after running about 5 minutes. I replaced the A shift solenoid and it changed nothing. Could it be the PCM and if so how do I reset, test or????

take it to a trans pro, he can scan it and see if there are any codes . It cold be a poor connection, or another bad part in the trans. Or it could be a bad valve body or anything actually. that is why you need to get it scanned first tosee what it says is happening.
