1994 Chevy Suburban replaced dead battery, cannot start wit

1994 Chevy Suburban V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

replaced dead battery, still will not start. Is there something that may need to be reset if the battery gets too low/dead after the battery is replaced?

When you turn the key to crank, can you tell if there is a load on the starter circuit? You can turn on the headlites, turn the key to crank, if the lites stay bright and there is no starter action, sounds like an open circuit. You might try to start it in neutral?
