1994 Chevy Suburban motor cuting out and no power

i have just replaced the motor and all im thinking it might be the fuel pumb that is causeing the motor to cut out when im at a steady speed low rpm and taking off it bogs down then goes and im hearing a load buzz from the fuel tank.
