The suburban is running rich and has no pwer , can not get over 40 mph with the throttle wide open at 3000 rpm . It will not go over 3000 rpm. I have replaced the o2 sensor, ignition module, coolant sensor, throttle positioning sensor, and fuel filter. the computer is not showing any codes.

How is the convertery? Or exhaust restriction? Use a vacuum gauge and see if your initial reading is between 16-22Hg, then watch as engine runs, if gauge drops slowly you may have an exhaust or converter problem....Does the check engine light come on when you turn the key to on?
