HI I JUST CHANGE MY SPARK PLUGES AND MY CAR STARTRD TO SHAKE DON'T KNOW WHAT COULD IT BE

you may have damaged the spark plug wires upon removal, I would replace the wires and see if that fixes it, and make sure they are all installed correctly. Over the spark plug with lubrication
