window won't go up

Chevy silverado P/u truck year 2000, V6, 72,000 miles

my window switch on the drivers door will not engage & I can't get my drivers side window to go up.

The passenger side window works fine.

Is this a fuse?

do you have the tools to check power , if so pull the switch out and check the drivers window for power , if you have power on both sides pull the door panel , and check the regulator for binding and the motor for power and ground
