Thanks Jim, do I need to go to TDC again

Jim, do I need to do the compression on #1 and TDC to pull it and try moving it a bit or just pull it where it is and try a slight move. Thanks Dan

honestly i would go to tdc or atleat close and pull the cap and see where you stand , or pull the cap first and watch the rotor , a tooth or two off could be causing detonation , it may be something else but if it didnt do it before , its probably related ,
