Right after purchasing my new truck (2008 Chevy Silverado) an attempt was made to install an after market remote start. After many attempts to make it work correctly it was uninstalled. Since this event I've noticed when using my remote keyless entry or opening the door my dome light no longer comes on. All my dash lights work. I've checked the switch and still no dome light. I can manually turn the dome light on. How do I fix this?
