How do you get the wiper arm off?

how do you get the wiper arm off i took the cap off and removed the nut but the arm will not come off.

you can use a battery terminal puller to remove the arm.They can be purchased a your local parts store.

The arm pivot is a taper fit spline and must be lightened up correctly. Here are the instructions on how to do so. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
