2005 Chevy Silverado Oxygen Sensors

All of the oxygen sensors show failed at one time. I have checked the fuse under the hood on drivers side and it shows to be good. Is there another relay/fuse to check that would trigger them all or am i looking at a wiring issue?

I can't remember the actual codes now, but they were the P0's for all 4 o2 sensors at same time. I've had them cleared before and as soon as the light comes back on, it reads all of them bad again.
