2004 Chevy Silverado Gas tank

I am having a hard time pummmping gas in the gas tank. The gas pump stops and will not allow me to pump. Also, I here a hissing noise from the gas tank, when the vehicle is running.

Usually is a sign of a bad fuel vapor scavange valve or vent. check the vaccum lines also and the charcoal canister.
