2003 Chevy Silverado ground strap

my truck was at the body shop for some front end repairs and now i have aground strap dangling from the fire wall it says 9982 on it . the truck seems to run ok but i would like to hook it back up before something goes wrong.

There should be a bolt on the engine where that wire/strap goes to-unable to locate it-find a bolt on the engine that will go thru the eyelid of the strap-
