2001 Chevy Silverado V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 185k miles

Misses at around 4500rpm and it's not fuel filter or plugs and wires?

if this is truly supercharged, and you didn't change the injectors it may be leaning out due to the higher boost going into the engine. it should be setting a code if it is doing this unless everything has been changed.
