2001 Chevy Silverado Front Pad and rotor replacement

Dear Sirs,

I need to replace the brake pads and rotors on my 2001 Silverado 1500. Can you give me any tips for ease of repalcement and what I shold look for and be cautious doing when Im doing this job? Any direction here would be helpful.
