My 3/4 ton starts to growl and vibrate in the front end between 98 and 105 Kmh? once I let my foot off the growl/vibration stops. Not much 4 wheeling but I do use the truck with a camper for about 50K of the 148,500

Does the noise change when you make turns? Have you checked u-joints.

The noise is constant even when taking gradual turns on the freeway between those speeds, it does seem to be getting worse over the last 100 KMs or so, I've tried to physically move the drive shaft and just had the tires balanced and asked them to look for anything there but they said everything seemed tight, with no problems with the tires or rims.

The only thing I would say is to have the front hub bearing checked. The differential isn't engaged when in 2wd, so the noise shouldn't be coming from there. Usually, a change in the sound is noticed when turning with wheel bearings.

Have them checked and let me know what you find.
