2000 Chevy Silverado driver's heated seat

The temp is too high on hi position. Is there an adjustment? The passenger seat is set just fine.

No adjustment, could simply be that since drivers seat is used more that any other seat, insulation is wearing.

I would remove seat and inspect heating element.
