1999 Chevy Silverado Water Leak

I have a 1999 chevy silverado v6 and is doing the same thing? Its not antifreeze it look like its just water... How weird. Did u fix your problem already if so can you let me know what it was? Thank you!

I have 1999 chevy truck believe its leaking around where duct work goes thru the cab. have taken it apart have not got it together but looks like it could be from there . Pulled carpet and repairing rust now. can't post pics but cut around the plate cover right above the vent opening. And seal around opening and seal the cover back down.
