Transmission problem
1999 Chevy Silverado V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic ? miles
Im in some need of help, Ive received a 99 silverado 2500 that came from my brother. The truck shifts hard and shrugs while accelerating in Drive ... Its like the ass cant keep up..? You can manually shift 1-2-3-Drive to highway speed, but to move in low rpms it shudders hard. You can feather the gas pedal to make it work but if you had to punch it the truck would chatter an not shift..?? Ive heard that a trans filter replacement will help, to a whole trans replacement . Still not sur. I want to make it work and keep it around.
