How can i get the doors off the truck when the hinges are welded solid to the truck and the door?

Hello,
If you look were the 2 meet in the center there is a pin that it pivots on. That is the Door Hinge Pin and you will need to drill them out in order to get the door off. You can order new door hinge pin repair kits from your local parts store.

Take out the 3 bolts that you can see on the hinges and pull up on the door it will come out of the hinges, the pins are a real pain to get out, I just did mine and I used a grinder from the bottom and grinder it flat and hammered the pin out upward
