1999 Chevy Silverado 4x4 noise

My 1999 chevy pickup is making a noise when its 4 wheel drive. This only happens when its 4 wheel drive. The noise sounds as if it where coming from the druvers side front wheel

Can you describe the noise? Is it a clunk, ticking... Also, have you checked the u-joints and the CV joints?
