My AC/heater fan does not work when it is hot out side, when it cools in the evening it works fine but usually only on high. I have purchased a new fan relay as i am sure this is the problem but i have had no luck in locating it so i can replace it. If anyone knows were the fan relay is on my truck i would appreciate the help.

Could be your HVAC control module blower switch or the blower motor resistor-it only works on high bcuz its bypassing the resistor-the fan relay only comes in play when its on high position the others is thru the resistor

Thanks for the ideas i replaced the blower motor resistor and the relay today and it didnt make a difference. during the day when its hot it will not work at all and at night when it cools off it will work on high only. any other ideas?
