MY WINSHIELS WIPERS TURN OFF ON ME AND THEN THIER WAS A BUZZING NOISE ON THE FRONT OF THE DASH BOARD. DO I NEED A WINSHIELD MORTOR?

check wiper fuse if its good than most likely the wiper motor has failed and needs replaced
