1997 Chevrolet 3500 pickup: Most of the time the transmission shift very had between the gear, most noticeable when shifting into 3rd and 4th and when under a lot of power. I have changed the fluid twice and the transmission filter once which seem to help a little. If you let up on the throttle to force a shift it is a little less pronounced.
