the brake light is on in my truck and i have to push the pedal all the way to the floor in order to get the brakes to work. the pads are new and the brake fluid is full. not sure what the problem is. manual says there is a two part brake system and one of them isn't working. not sure what to do or where to start looking to find the problem.
