1995 Chevy Silverado put battery cables on wrong need help!

hey i put battery cables on wrong by accident burnt the wire that goes from battery to alternator fixed the wire now the truck will crank but wont start need help thanks

Hi there, you will have to start checking all fuses and fusible links, fair chance one or more have blown as well,
