When I am coming to a stop, it feels like the rear brakes are gripping then not gripping. I installed new drums today and still have the same problem. The shoes don't appear bad, plenty of pad left. My next step is new shoes, But I'm wondering if it could be the master cylinder. Also a couple of months ago I replaced the front pads, I don't feel the "pulsing" in the brake pedal.
