1994 Chevy Silverado Clutch Master cylinder

My clutch master cylinder blew out fluid where the line goes in it. this would be second one I replaced. Is there something that is causing this in my clutch? Is ther a way to fix the master cylinder line going into it without buying a new one?

Not sure what could be causing that. Clutch and slave come as unit and is not serviciable. You maybe able to fabricate a new line.

Im not very knowledgable about the master cylinder or the slave cylinder. are they one and the same on my model or is the slave cylinder by the starter? While I was driving the clutch just went really loose and the fluid came out from the master cylinder.

Yes master on firewall and slave on trans. When it worked was pedal easy to push? Any exhaust leak on that side of engine? Line is plastic right? any chance of cutting out split and recrimping?

No it seems the fluid is coming out right where the line connects to the master cylinder. Second time same place.

Well so much for Mr. Goodwrench
May cost a bunch but check with Summit Raceing may have after market replacement.
