Engine Mechanical problem
1994 Chevy Silverado V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic
I bought a '94 Z-71 about a month ago. Anyway, supposedly the tranny had been rebuilt and since the previous owner had starter issues. We have replaced starters with and without shims, tried the large and the smaller starters, yet still having issues. It's not making sense to me. Could they have put the wrong flywheel in or put it in backwards? I'm no mechanic, but didn't seem to be this difficult. Can anyone help with this or give me other options to check?
